Overview
The Opportunity We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join their business and lead a new build residential scheme in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire; delivering a project that sees regeneration to the area; being solely responsible for a 220 unit traditional build and timber frame high end development building quality homes along with community space, landscaping and infrastructure work. Traditional build & timber frame units High end specification 220 houses and apartments What they are looking for The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as No.1 on site either as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager; and be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard. Senior Site Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers; capable of delivering projects to tight programmes. The Company Our client is an established and well thought of residential developer & main contractor; with an excellent reputation for delivering quality residential housing and apartment schemes for both private sale and HA. The business has recently expanded into the Northern Home Counties & East Anglia area, after years of delivering top level products to the South East & London.
