Overview

Wills Case Handler Location: Sheffield Job Role To provide administrative and case management support within a leading ABS structure, who are looking to hire an experienced Case Handler / Assistant to join their Wills department. Responsibilities Taking initial contact with the client Dealing with the day to day administration of the team Liaising with all key stakeholders throughout the process as required Drafting relevant Will documents Maintaining up to fate records on the company's database Assisting other team members with administration support of tax returns, payments and deduction certificates Essential Attributes Knowledge of Wills and administration experience of relevant complex wills caseloads Strong organisational and communication skills Previous private client or wills paralegal experience. Able to prioritise work to meet deadlines Knowledge of income and inheritance tax Desirable: Experience of using a Case Management System Experience of Microsoft Office Qualifications Required GCSE in Maths & English Good standard of spoken and written English Hours: Contracted to 37.5 hours a week.
