Are you a Registered Nurse looking to work in a hospital setting? Newcross Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses in Inverness and the surrounding areas to care for our patients within a variety of settings including hospital and NHS bank work. Your decision-making skills will be second to none, and you'll be able to lead a care of healthcare staff to work together for the best possible outcome, maintaining a sense of calmness, at all times. This role is varied, with responsibilities ranging from developing care plans, administering medicine and supporting teams of care assistants. To join us as a Registered Nurse, you'll need current NMC registration and knowledge of the most up-to-date best practices. With over 6 months post-qualification experience under your belt, you'll be comfortable being the lead on home care packages. We're looking for real team-players who are able to build great relationships with colleagues and all parties involved in a package of care. Though you'll need to be an experienced nurse, you will receive ongoing specialist training, tailored to the packages of care that you work on. For this position, we are seeking registered nurses that have prior experience of working within critical care, recovery, orthopaedic, theatres, anaesthetic and/or general hospital nursing.
