Overview
Are you a Registered Nurse with experience in hospital settings? Newcross Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses in Inverness and the surrounding areas to care for our patients within a variety of settings including hospital and NHS bank work. Your decision-making skills will be second to none, and you'll be able to lead a care of healthcare staff to work together for the best possible outcome, maintaining a sense of calmness, at all times. This role is varied, with responsibilities ranging from developing care plans, administering medicine and supporting teams of care assistants. As a Newcross Nurse, we will support you to be the very best at your job, and to strive for clinical excellence at all times. Are you our next nursing hero? You will need current NMC registration and knowledge of the most up-to-date best practices. With over 6 months post-qualification experience under your belt, you'll be comfortable being the lead on home care packages. We're looking for real team-players who are able to build great relationships with colleagues and all parties involved in a package of care. Though you'll need to be an experienced nurse, you will receive ongoing specialist training, tailored to the packages of care that you work on. You'll have prior experience of working within general hospital nursing including anaesthetic, orthopaedic, critical care, theatres, critical care, recovery or scrub.
