Scheduled Care Operations Manager Full Time: 37.5 hours per week Permanent Post - Agenda for Change Band 6 Salary£30,401 to £37,267 pa South Division based at Lanchester Road, Durham The North East Ambulance Service (NHS) Trust is seeking for a Scheduled Care Operations Manager position based in South division. The candidate must have a knowledge of Scheduled Care Operations, hold a Current full Cat UK Driving licence (the candidate must also meet group 2 medical standards) and be able to demonstrate the requirements outlined in the job description, in addition to continual professional development. Key aspects of the Operations Manager role include the following: Provide strong operational leadership and support to a team of operational Scheduled Care Team Managers. To deliver and improve upon the level and quality of patient care. Manage and monitor team and individual performance. Candidates should posses excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to demonstrate effective social skills gained from experience with dealing with the public. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate a positive approach to their own continuing personal and professional development and be able to provide evidence of this.
