Engineering Project Manager Plymouth £40,000 - £45,000 Bonus (£5K) Progression Pension Holiday Benefits Are you looking for a role where you will have the full autonomy of the department to make your own improvements and stamp your image on a team, while supporting a range of departments? This engineering company, design and manufacture a wide range of products for household names. They have been enjoying consistent growth in all areas and are now looking to recruit an Engineering Project Manager to join the business in a pivotal role. In this role you will be responsible for all the process improvement activities to the manufacturing processes and machinery for the site. This will involve all CAPEX projects, New product introduction and ensuring that all machinery has the ability to meet production targets. You will run a team of 8 engineers, and all management activities surrounding this. The ideal candidate will come from a Projects, Process, or Production Engineering background, with knowledge of CAPEX and NPI, who has a "hands on" mind set.
