Overview

Key responsibilities of the Loan Agency Officer will include: The role of agent is to act as the legal representative of the lenders. The agent is appointed in the loan agreement to inter alia act as an intermediary for and on behalf of the lenders to the borrower(s). Proactively manage the day to day work flows of the Agent (e.g. drawdowns / rollovers / waivers / covenants) and ensure that these are managed in an accurate, timely and professional manner whilst ensuring that the control environment is maintained. Supporting 124 deals ranging from deals with 2 lenders to deals with 700 lenders . The Agency team supports multiple business lines throughout Europe resulting in a diverse portfolio of agency deals. The ideal Loan Agency Officer will possess the following attributes/skills: At least 4 years experience in Loan Agency Excellent client service: the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with both external and internal clients including the originating business, syndications and various other departments within the Bank. Proven ability to read and interpret credit agreements. Someone who is keen to challenge the status quo and is interested in innovation.
