2nd Line Support Engineer - Leicestershire - MSP Up to £26K dependent upon experience I am looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a well-established managed services provider based in a great location commutable from Waltham on the Wolds, Melton Mowbray, Syston, Stapleford, Loughborough, Long Clawson, Langar, Grantham, and Clipsham. They need an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join their IT Support team, providing customer-facing solutions via onsite visits and telephone/remote support - making it essential you have a full UK driving license. Key Skills Experience working with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services Windows Server 2008-2019 Experience with Virtualisation including Hyper-V and VMWare Experience of MS Exchange Server and Office 365 Experience of Migrations Experience of troubleshooting PC/Server Hardware and Software issues. Experience with gateways, firewalls, routers and switches.
