Overview

Our huge client who are based from Leicester's city centre are currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their busy team on an initial contract basis. The successful candidate will have previous experience providing Technical Support / 2nd Line Support and be confident working with a range of technologies. You will be responsible for 2nd Line / Desktop Support dealing with escalations, investigating and solving problems as well as assisting with user support and contributing to projects. Candidates will have a good technical understanding including Windows 7 and 10, Active Directory, Exchange, IT Hardware and Networking. The successful candidate will also be expected to have a range of experience troubleshooting issues and will therefore take responsibility for taking technical issues through from the initial stages to a satisfactory outcome.
