Overview

2nd Line Support Analyst - Dagenham - £26,000-£30,000PA We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to work on-site in Dagenham within the education sector for a well-established MSP in Dagenham. You will be responding to and resolving tickets, keeping the clients updated and escalating to 3rd line as needed. Responsibilities: Deliver great customer service Support clients with networking issues Ensure tickets are resolved within SLA's Liaise with 3rd parties when needed Responding to server alerts Lead 1st line support and prioritise workload Skills and experience: Good experience working with physical networks Strong Active Directory and Group Policy administration Good working knowledge of DHCP Good experience with DNS Good knowledge of PC and laptop hardware Strong experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suites DBS check will be required for this role.
