Overview
SF Group are currently recruiting for a Metallurgical Certification Engineer to work on a series of exciting new projects to review supplier quality, materials and testing certifications to promote manufacturing excellence for their customers. Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for reviewing certification of materials from suppliers against customer specifications to ensure full compliance with customer requirements. Providing advice and assistance to material identification and testing. Liaising with suppliers to communicate effectively any required corrections to certification. Lead projects to improve certification work flow and increasing overall process efficiency. Experience Required: Demonstrable experience working within a metallurgy or material testing environment. Experience completing material certification is essential. Working in collating Manufacturing certification docs within a high value manufacturing environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross functional teams. Package: Salary up to £35,000 p.a.
