Overview City Recruitment Group (Central Birmingham) are currently looking for an experienced Principal Recruitment Specialist that is looking to take their next step into leadership and developing a team. Your new role The role of an experienced Principal Consultant takes full accountability for region specific CRG recruitment services. As a Prinicipal Recruitment Specialist you will have working knowledge of your specific chosen industry and experience of working at a strategic level. You will understand how the marketplace will change in the forthcoming years, and above all be able to meet those changes and demands. CRG delivers the highest standards of talent professionals, so we are looking for someone the acts as a role model and champion in everything that they do. You'll be fully accountable for the staffing side of operations as well, so it is important you have previous experience and a sound understanding of the commercial aspects of recruitment agencies. You will work as part of a team to deliver company revenue objectives and work with your line manager to identify growth opportunities, both externally and internally. You must have experience in the following; The Successful Principal Consultant will need a proven track record in recruitment (preferably 2 years within their industry/sector. You must have determination to hit and exceed sales targets whilst maintaining a through and honest consultative approach with both candidates and clients. You must be able to drive and have your own car.
