Head of Talent Management - Exciting BRAND new role

Demon Recruitment Group is currently looking to recruit a Head of Talent Management for their Client based in Newbury. This role is brand new to the Business and requires full Recruitment cycle experience with knowledge of building a Talent Management structure with the support of Directors and CEO's. Duties will include: -Working alongside a Senior team to create a Talent department -Developing relationships with all Team Managers -Understanding each department and structure of teams/requirements -Being the first point of contact for all Recruitment matters -Working with a HR Consultant to manage issues and HR matters -Identifying Training requirements and managing the process -Implementing a budget and ensuring the department comes within this -Responsible for working with Management to assist in the development of new and existing staff members -Creating a clear strategy to assist with People growth within the Business -Assisting in promoting the company culture for within and outside the business -Develop a Candidate and application tracking system -Manage relationships with Recruiters, Contractors and Suppliers -Conduct a CV screening process -Advertising roles and manage applications -Liase internally with guidelines of recruiting process -Assist with the Interview process when required -Offer feedback and confirm interviews Experience/Skills required: -Previous Recruitment Management experience -Knowledge of Talent attraction, Recruitment strategies and Employee lifecycle -Confident communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels -Ability to implement and create new processes -Background to be both Internal and Agency If you feel you have the relevant experience and ability - apply today or contact me for a confidential conversation Emma Chapman - Demon Sunningdale - Please apply if you have the skills listed above, if you haven't heard within 14 days you have been unsuccessful but please do keep looking at Demon vacancies online Demon Recruitment Group confirms its commitment to equality of opportunity in all areas of its work.
