Overview

Head of Service Delivery To provide leadership, ownership and accountability for their service delivery team, ensuring that every learner achieves their learning goals. Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus car Delivery Responsible for the management of the Service Delivery function including development through one to ones, training, welfare, and monitoring Accountable for team performance through coaching, support and guidance Work with key stakeholders to plan resources effectively Deliver monthly standardization meetings to share best practice and upskill the team Effectively manage client relationships ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction Responsible for the generation of new business and growth with existing clients Skills Demonstrate planning and organizational Skills Must be IT literate e.g. Office 365, LMS system, Maytas Excellent communication skills both written and oral Proven experience of engaging at all levels and achieving required outcomes through influence and persuasion Demonstrate effective listening skills GCSE Math's & English (or Eqv) Level 3 Management Qualified Qualified Assessor Qualified Trainer Qualified IQA Experience Minimum of 3 years working in FE at Management level Diary management Ability to effectively manage field-based teams Client Management at Senior Level Proven experience in new business generation Quality Improvement Staff training and coaching Good understanding of ESFA Rules and application of these Good understanding of Ofsted requirements Apprenticeship Standards and EPA process Funding - Levy & Non-Levy / AEB Self Assessment and Quality Improvement Behaviors & Attitudes Demonstrate professionalism and integrity Be trustworthy by being reliable, responsible and accountable Have a flexible approach and undertake additional duties as and when required Demonstrate a competitive nature to drive continuous improvement Self motivated to accomplish KPIs and objectives Demonstrate confidence with your team and key stakeholders Be assertive and deal with things head on
