Salaried GP – Wembley - £10,000 per session We are offering a superb opportunity for a Salaried GP to join well-established, innovative practice in Wembley, London. The surgery has a great reputation for its patient care and aims to provide a supportive environment for the development of all of their GPs. Breakdown of the practice: · Current List size is 7000 but they are expecting this to spike to 10000 over the next 6 months · 4 Partners · 2 Salaried GPs (recruiting one more) · 1 ANP, · 2 Practice Nurses, · 4 HCAs, · 1 Physicians Associate, · Prescribing pharmacist, · Dietician, · Substance Misuse specialist, · Staars Team (deal with home visits) · EMIS Web clinical system · Additional clinics and services include > Substance misuse , minor surgery, Phlebotomy · Training practice for Nurses, PAs, Community Pharmacist · Overall monthly practice meeting · Fortnightly clinical meeting · 6 weeks annual leave / 1 week study leave · Full BMA contact Issued Set up of the day: · 15 patients in the morning · 15 patients in the afternoon · 30mins per session allocated for admin · 1 day per week on call · Max 1 or 2 a week (very low) · They do extended hours up to 8pm one day a week (covered by partners) During the Covid - 19 outbreak the practices Medmatch are working with will be running a triage model – face to face consultations will be very rare and may be non-existent in most cases.
