Business Development Manager Clinical Research We are a CRO specialised focused towards patient retention within clinical trials. This account manager position will be focused toward expanding business with existing clients. We have had double digit growth for the past 10 years. You will be managing a team of 5 people and managing key accounts. There is the ability for the Business development manager to work flexibly (home / office working. This business development manager position benefits from an attractive salary of £50,000 and a great bonus scheme. You will be responsible for Key Account Management Developing and maintaining positive relationships within all target organisations Networking to build new accounts An active Input into budgets and proposals in conjunction with the proposal team Generate new sales leads and opportunities, leading to closure Manage metrics to meet individual & team targets You should have experience of Clinical trials ideally from a CRA/ Research Nurse role Experience of hitting and exceeding sales targets Experience of managing a team Apply immediately to be considered for an opportunity which will allow you flexible working and career progression opportunities within a growing business.
