Lead Nurse Cardiff From £15.77 to £18.50 per hour (depending on benefit package) 39.38 hours per week Are you looking for a Lead Nurse position where you can make a real difference? Our client has expanded their range of services and are now looking for dedicated individuals who can deliver the highest standard of care. You will be working alongside a well-trained team of Care Assistants; their nurses lead by example on a daily basis to support elders who have a range of complex care needs. This is the perfect role to allow you to enhance your experience of working in Nursing care. Some of the duties as a Lead Nurse: · Build positive relationships with all people living and working in the Home. · To lead a team of nursing and care staff. · To work as part of the management team to maintain the personal social and health care needs of Elders, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. · Report any ill-health amongst Elders and make requests for GP/Professional visits as necessary. · Elders Care Plans to be reviewed on a monthly basis, or as and when required, in line with policies and procedures and NMC guidelines. · Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care, seeking medical or other interventions as required.
