Speech & Language Therapist Wyboston Up to £35,000 This role is full or part-time My client provides specialist support for people with Autism, Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries. They run services all across England and Wales Key Responsibilities: · Assessing individuals using relevant tools as appropriate · Working closely with the service user, understanding their needs and devising an appropriate care plan · Communicate effectively with adults who have a range of speech, language and communication difficulties · Provide interventions, both individual and group, to achieve therapeutic goals · Working collaboratively with both internal and external members of the treatment team · To actively assist in the planning and delivery of training, recommending strategies to clinical teams · Communicate any information regarding the service users condition to them, their carers/families and other professionals.
