Mobile Mechanical Biased Building Maintenance Engineer - £36K Paid Travel A multi award-winning, leading Facilities Maintenance and Building Services Contractor have a key requirement for a mobile mechanical building maintenance engineer to join the growing business covering East Anglia in areas such as Hertfordshire, Essex and Suffolk, working on both reactive and PPM tasks within Commercial office buildings. As the successful Mobile Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be Mobile Mechanical Building Services Maintenance Engineer will be working on FCU's, AHU's, pumps, hot and cold water systems and all other plant equipment including lamping. Ballast changes and minor electrical tasks Mobile Mechanical Building Services Maintenance Engineer will be maintaining the plant room equipment and also covering the reactive breakdowns so strong fault finding skills are essential.
