I am currently seeking a Project Engineer - Infrastructure Engineer to be based at the client site in Portsmouth and your role will involve the day to support of my client's national and international customers. This Infrastructure Engineer role requires working at a variety of locations and travel will be expected, including overnight stays. Responsibilities: Deployment of hardware (clients & servers), installation and configuration of software and fault finding Work in liaison with a number of internal teams to coordinate various activities, gather/provide information required to complete task at hand Systems Engineer will be required to work at a variety of locations and travel will be expected Skills: AD management and core networking principles i.e. TCP/IP Infrastructure builds/replacements i.e. virtual builds, physical hardware Knowledge of Virtualized server environments i.e. VMware / Hyper-V Infrastructure Engineer with a good understanding of Cisco Switch and Router based environments If you are an experienced Project Engineer - Infrastructure Engineer - Systems Engineer with previous 2nd line and networking support experience I would be very interested in hearing from you.
