COMPANY With business growth the opportunity is now available for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a well-established, national managed service provider. Based at their south Manchester office with over 100 people on site, the successful engineer will earn up to £45K, in addition to an impressive on-call bonus, 25 days holiday, great training, pension, monthly reward scheme, free parking and more. THE JOB You will be responsible for: Providing infrastructure support for both customer and internal platforms Taking full ownership of incidents and troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced MSP environment Collaborating with the other technical teams in the business on critical solutions/modifications Researching and resolving complex problems Driving personal development of your skills to continually push the boundaries of the role at a high standard REQUIREMENTS 2nd and 3rd Line experience VMware Office365, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Servers ITIL DESIRABLE Professional services industry experience Cloud migration experience (AWS, Azure etc.) PowerShell LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches Citrix SQL Any related certifications (MCSA, CCNA, MCSE etc.) PERKS 25 days (bank holidays) Flexible working Generous on-call bonus Pension Thorough training programme with certifications & more If you're a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer that is looking for your next step with a business that will continue to push you're your career forward please apply with your CV.
