Software Engineer – C++ – Hebden Bridge – Salary in the range £25,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience level Your experience will include: 12 months software engineer experience using C++ (can be commercial experience or from a placement year). Developing object-oriented software Working within a software development team developing software for networked / embedded / real time applications or similar Degree or equivalent experience in a software or related subject. Working within a successful British company, renowned for innovation, without the politics / glass ceiling of larger international businesses, this is an excellent opportunity to quickly progress your career to Senior Software Engineer / Lead Software Engineer within 18 months. Other technology you will use in this role: TCP/IP networking, Linux device drivers, UML, JIRA, Subversion / Git, Android Kernel You will be working within a successful software development team and will be involved across the software development lifecycle from developing specifications for new products, software design and development and maintenance.
