Embedded Software Engineer – C++ Requirements: 3 years Embedded Software development for real time embedded platforms. C++ (C++ 11 / C++ 17) OOD / OOP TCP/IP networking Linux device drivers Debugging to hardware level Understanding of hardware platforms and of how software and firmware components work together Other desirable experience: UML JIRA Subversion / Git USB / Ethernet Assembler FPGA / DSP Degree or equivalent experience in a software or related subject. The role Embedded Software Engineer with good C++ skills, embedded development experience and good networking knowledge required. You will have technical responsibility for design and development of new software, within a cross-functional team and be involved in all parts of the software lifecycle, from specification and new software design development and delivery through to maintenance. Salary / Remuneration Salary is in the range £38,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience 37.5 hours per week.
