Reliability Engineer Global Leading Packaging Organization Columbia, SC $100k - $115k plus bonus and benefits Contact Calvin at c.newmanbramwithconsulting.com This Globally Leading Packaging Organization is currently looking for a Reliability Engineer to join one of their most profitable corrugated packaging plants in Columbia, SC. The organization has over 20,000 employees worldwide and is an industry leader across paper and packaging with key projects across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. You will be joining one of the organizations most profitable sites in South Carolina and will be expected to integrate with your team and take the lead on all reliability activities in the packaging plant along with your dedicated team. You will report into the Maintenance Manager and have a close working relationship with the Plant Manager and the Regional Operations Manager As the Corrugated Plant Maintenance Manager - you will: Take the lead on all reliability and maintenance activities within your plant Work with your team to ensure the downtime within your plant is kept to a minimum Work with the plant manager, regional manager and your team to improve the uptime of machinery Ensure that the that the production rate within your plant is improved through increased reliability of machinery You should: Have experience working in a packaging environment and ideally have experience working on corrugated machinery Experienced in working well in a team Relevant bachelor's degree is preferred but not required This is an excellent opportunity for a Reliability Engineer or a Maintenance Planner to join a growing company with excellent prospects.
