Overview
Project Analyst - Portfolio & Capacity Planning An outstanding opportunity at the leading multinational pharmaceutical organisation. This role will allow the client to plan plan effectively and manage its existing and future portfolio. It will involve enabling successful portfolio and capacity planning in alignment with the broader company strategy and development plans, and support the provision analysis and maintenance of PMO tools to facilitate stakeholders to manage the portfolio (strategic and tactical planning, portfolio prioritisation, and project and programme tracking) Location: Wiltshire suitable for someone residing in Wiltshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset, Somerset, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire or for someone looking to relocate. Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 Package depending in experience Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring that the Portfolio & Capacity Management infrastructure is operating effectively and optimally Maintain and contribute to the continuous improvement of effective capacity planning and forecasting models to support a multi-skilled, multi-channel operation ensuring maximum operational and commercial effectiveness. Responsible for ensuring that appropriate systems are in place and maintained for the allocation and monitoring of resources across all departments. Advise and assist project teams on the application of project management best practice. Support the completion of annual internal R&D budget process Responsible for collating and analysing the departmental resource forecast data and ensuring succinct data summaries are available for senior management to enable portfolio prioritisation. Support the provision of appropriate systems to enable what if scenario planning in support of key stakeholders and business leaders. Requirements: Previous experience within Demand Planning or Supply Chain analysis Strong analytical and communication skills, across all levels Expert knowledge of Excel and its uses in capacity planning Experience of working with databases Experience of working in project teams within a matrix structure Experience of project management software, PMO tools and reporting To apply or for more information please get in touch with Drew via email on .
