We have a requirement for an experienced Powder Coating Manager, based at our manufacturing facility in Saddleworth, near Oldham, to plan, oversee and develop our powder coating operation. In this key role, you will be responsible for a two-shift operation and will need the ability to lead the powder coating and kitting teams. You will: - Ensure that production activities are completed on time and to the highest quality standards - Schedule and maintain the powder coating and kitting process - Investigate and resolve any quality issues - Maintain stock control and maintenance across the powder coating and kitting departments Candidates’ “must have” attributes: - Previous experience in a powder coating, paint or finishes plant - Experience of people management - Good problem-solving and organisation skills - The ability to communicate technical issues - To be self-motivated and flexible in your approach - The ability to meet deadlines - A proactive approach and “can do” attitude Previous experience with a luxury brand would be a distinct advantage but not essential as a full induction and training programme is in place to ensure you have the best possible start with us.
