Overview
Role - Weekend Receptionist / Hostess Location - Preston Salary - £9.13 Per Hour Richard Abson Group is working with a prestige car dealership in Preston in finding them a Weekend Receptionist / Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for customers coming into this prestigious car dealership based in Preston. Being that first point of contact, you are responsible to present customers with a warm welcome, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that all customers are smoothly directed to the appropriate person whether by phone or walk-in. The Role: Greeting all walk-ins in a friendly manner and ensure they are handed over to the appropriate person - in either sales or service. Ensure the showroom is well presented at all times and the waiting area is immaculate. To answer any overflow in-coming telephone calls and re-directing them Provide an administration support function for the dealership as directed Any Ad-hoc duties that may be required to assist the business The working hours are Saturday 8:30am till 5.00pm and Sunday 11.00 till 4.00pm , please note flexibility is required as you might be asked to cover holidays or sickness during a week as well.
