Overview

A brand new position has arisen for a Referencing Co-ordinator to join a thriving business in the South of Manchester. This role is perfect for someone who has an excellent eye to detail and can manage their time to work to deadlines. The suitable candidate must be a strong communicator who can deal with clients in a confident and friendly manner. If you have had previous experience working in an office environment furthermore a similar referencing role this is the position for you. This role will include all aspects of referencing including: Managing the referencing process from the let agreed stage to the signing of contracts Making initial judgement calls on all applicants based on our eligibility criteria Ensuring all new applications are dealt with rapidly Monitoring applications and identifying any potential issues at the earliest opportunity Preparation of documentation including tenancy agreements Liaising and updating colleagues within the Property Management team Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
