Referencing Coordinator £17000 to £19000 Sale An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding Letting Agency based in Sale. If you are looking to progress your career in Property, this may be the right . The successful candidate will ideally have worked within the Lettings industry previously. You must have excellent attention to detail and be capable working in a busy environment working to strict deadlines. Duties include: · Managing the referencing process from the let agreed stage to the signing of contracts · Making initial judgement calls on all applicants based on our eligibility criteria · Ensuring all new applications are dealt with rapidly · Monitoring applications and identifying any potential issues at the earliest opportunity · Preparation of documentation including tenancy agreements · Liaising and updating colleagues within the Property Management team Please apply now for further information.
