Overview
We are seeking a Coach to join our excellent Housing Team, to deliver housing related support to Young People age 18 - 24. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return receive a competitive salary of £19,555 per annum. By being a part of our team you will create a culture where young people can build trustworthy and respectful relationships that empower them to belong, contribute and thrive. The role is designed to work closely with Young People to meet their needs, goals and aspirations as well as to assist the Housing Manager in the day to day running of the service. To succeed in the Coach role, you will need passion for working with Young People, ability to work within multi agency setting and proactive approach to sourcing suitable resources. The Coach role will require the job holder to occasionally work at other sites in Rugby and Coventry, so a full UK/EU driving licence and use of your own car is desirable.
