Overview

Job Description Job Summary Provision of administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery and reporting of training and development across Mace Group. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support and assistance for delivery of L&D initiatives, programmes and projects, including Organising logistics for training courses including booking rooms, compiling attendance lists, preparing resources/materials and reports Scheduling and administration of technical and soft skills courses General administration and support for other activities within the team Assisting with the induction process Data input and reporting using the learning management system Engaging with internal facilitators and external training providers Maintaining a robust process for tracking and responding to queries received from various sources Person Specification Technical Competencies required The key technical competencies required to perform the role well are outlined below. Essential Desired Competent and confident in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel Competent and confident in analysing and manipulating data Effective verbal and written communication skills to effectively respond to queries and communicate with internal and external audiences at all levels Experience of using an on-line learning management system Experience in supporting internal training activity Intermediate Excel skills Behavioural Competencies required The key behavioural competencies (refer to the Behaviours for Success framework) required to perform the role well are outlined below.
