Overview
An excellent opportunity for a Business Insights Analyst and Field Excellence Manager to work for a well established pharmaceutical company based in Slough, the ideal candidate will have around 2 to 3 years experience working within the pharmaceutical industry in a Sales , analytical and reporting role. We are looking for team player who is looking to learn, develop and progress and who wants to work within a forward thinking and passionate team . Accountabilities Set up and lead on national forecasting & regional target setting processes & systems - including utilising external agency expertise and internal field-based input. Established a series of Tableau reports to measure performance through a defined set of KPIs as well as provide insight to the wider business. Responsible for account segmentation and contribution to field force sizing exercises. Responsible for development, approval and implementation of field force incentive schemes. Work with European Business Intelligence and Commercial Excellence colleagues on implementing pan-European initiatives (e.g. CRM, digital platforms, Data warehouse) Qualifications/Experience Relevant University degree (Life Sciences preferred but not essential) Several years pharmaceuticals experience - including substantial experience in business intelligence roles Please get in touch for further details Salary £50,000 plus benefits Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
