Overview
I am currently seeking a Service Desk Manager for a large brokerage in Central London on a permanent basis The key skills required for the role are; Excellent customer facing skills and ability to work under pressure At least 5 years' experience in support based managerial role Experience working in a high pressure working environment Excellent and strong time management, scheduling and coordination skills Strong team management skills with the ability to influence and drive change Management of 7 direct staff A background working within a highly structured financial organisation Working to tight deadlines in complex environments Working to and setting high KPI's and SLA's Strong ITIL background (V2 or V3 foundation) Communicating with 3rd party suppliers, vendors and senior managers Experience working with the below technologies; Windows 7 - 10 Office 365 Helpdesk Systems (Vivantio) Windows Server 2008 and later Exchange Azure Citrix Active Directory (DHCP, DNS, IP etc.) iPhones and BYOD management GCS Computer Recruitment Services is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
