Boutique Recruitment is a growing staffing solutions company specialising in the Freight, Cargo, Logistics & Construction Sectors. We are advertising on behalf of our client due to expansion, we are looking fora Data Entry Clerk to work in Colnbrook, Old Bath Road. Company Information A well-established freight forwarding business Air, Road, Sea, located in Colnbrook Old Bath Rd. They are looking to expand their team due to growth within 2020, family feel department within the Heathrow branch, great team spirit, more corporate feel throughout the remaining business sectors and branches. This is an Italian owned business; they offer a fantastic benefits package and are known for looking after their staff and staff retention. The Heathrow branch you will be working in are a team of 4, so personality and career fit is key for this role. Shift Details Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 / 1 Hours lunch break Duties Data entry - Customs entries, C88`s mainly Turkish but also worldwide. Internal customer service, email based internal liaising plus with other branches worldwide. Integration with colleagues for email-based communications. Emailing overseas queries and correspondence. Dealing with alcohol movements via EMCS, customs systems. Admin, Filing, helping with invoicing. General office and colleague assistants. Requirements Must have previous customs entry experience (Min 6 months) Excellent attention to detail, reliable and committed to the job, punctuality and ability to meet deadlines. Due to entries, grammar and punctuation is key (Assessment to be required) Good clear communication with colleagues in teams & other departments and external colleagues and occasional customers. Computer literacy: Microsoft packages & Customs system. Knowledge of freight industry. Must have a clear DBS (no criminal convictions), Salary & Benefits £20,000 - £25,000 PA Depending on experience. 20 days holiday a year plus bank holidays. After 1 year of service, your holiday increases annually to maximum 25 days per year. Private pension plan, after 1 year of service the business equals 9% input rather than government standard of 6%.
