Shift Coordinator We are recruiting for a Shift Coordinator to work in our on site office at our clients food factory in Worksop S802RS As a Shift coordinator you will need to have: Excellent relationship building skills Good interactive team skills Good verbal and written communications skills Excellent organisation skills Keen eye for detail The ability to think and react quickly to customer needs Ability to speak to people at different levels with confidence Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure Commitment to a flexible approach to the working day Good knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook) Details: Pay: £22,000 Working Hours: 13:00-22:00 Saturday-Wednesday Location: Worksop S802RS Duration: Ongoing Role of a Shift coordinator: Responsible for booking flexi workers for shifts Signing in flexi workers at start of shift then completing factory floor checks ensuring workers are in the correct area and have the correct PPE on Take responsibility for Flexi Workers whilst on assignment for Single Resource and provide basic line management including disciplinary, performance management and grievance Complete weekly payroll, handling and resolving Flexi Worker pay queries in a timely manner Updating of reports using excel Be the point of contact on site for Single Resource Assist line manager to ensure that the maximum number of vacancies are filled Assist line manager in ensuring adherence to the Company & Client policies and procedures Training of flexi workers Recruitment of new starters and full induction Carry out such other reasonable duties as are required by your line manager No previous experience required Benefits of working with us as a Shift Coordinator 28 Holidays per year (pro rata) Pension Scheme Employed Status Mortgage references My Resource Rewards- An online portal offering vouchers and discounts If you are interested in the above role please click apply Single Resource Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
