Credit Control & Sales Ledger Assistant Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: up to £21,000 dependent upon experience We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join an established business based in Manchester City Centre, on a permanent basis. You will join a strong finance team, supporting the Senior Credit Controller, where your key responsibilities will include: Making initial contact with debtors by telephone and email to confirm receipt of invoice and payment status Liaise with departments to confirm invoice details and resolve any queries - escalating these to the billing teams when necessary Report on invoice status and highlight any issues Support the team to process cash receipt and credit notes when required You must have a professional telephone manner, be organised and have excellent attention to detail.
