Overview

Facilities Manager. Crewe £50k plus car allowance The Facilities Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of maintenance covering the offices, warehouses and call centres and associated external areas. This includes execution in line with UK legislation to ensure effective and safe operational delivery. You will be responsible for all elements that fall into Facilities and Security, working along side the H&S Manager. You will lead on all projects relating to building and maintenance including some site in EMEA locations. Have you got the following? Proven successful experience in a similar role operating as a Facilities Manager Facilities Management qualification Strong experience in security management Project experience of leading on office refurbs, maintenance work Experience tender processes to select contractors for both Soft & Hard Facilities Management projects Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry Contractor management of specialist supply partners Practical experience of managing finances and budget responsibility Computer literate and proficiency in using Ms Office Suite Srong communicator, both written & verbal across all levels of the business stakeholder Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment and be standards driven Excellent planning and organisational skills If you can demonstrate the above criteria and would like to discuss the role in detail please get in touch or send a CV over.
