Job title: Business Administrator - Apprenticeship Location: City of London Wage: £10,000 - £12,000 Start date: ASAP Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths What is an apprenticeship? They offer market leading recruitment specialism in Corporate & Commercial Banking. Services include Contingency Based Recruitment, Retained Search and Human Capital Research. Covering permanent, interim, contract and temporary assignments from Managing Director and C-suite to junior analyst and all levels in between. Personal Assistant "style" activities to senior staff, learning and following how a recruitment business is operated. Extensive database operation - saving and renaming of CVs, general pdf and word document amendment. Cut and paste files from excel and the internet into the database. Direct candidate contact by email and phone - checking dates and information on the CV. Arranging interviews and confirming back to the client. Managing job websites - typing out roles and managing responses Candidate search via web advertising, LinkedIn and database.
