Reed HR are partnered with a growing company based near Haywards Heath who are recruiting for a temporary Head of Recruitment to manage the day to day running of the HR Employment Services. This is a 3 month FTC with the possibility to go permanent in the future. You must be immediately available. What you will have… A strong eye for detail A good knowledge on employment law CIPD qualified HR expertise Has a proven track record of managing a busy schedule Coaching line managers Resourcing expertise Able to apply agenda / policy for change in order to help with salary requests Great stakeholder management experience Customer focussed Able to provide recommendations in the risk assessment process Previous people management experience This role is being advertised between £44-£50K dependent on experience.
