The role provides an opportunity for ambitious and hardworking graduates to begin a career in recruitment working within one of the most competitive and successful sectors within the industry. Due to a recent period of growth the company are looking for successful applicants to begin immediately. We represent the leading recruitment specialist in the energy sector in the UK and are looking to expand further in order to maintain this. In response to the opening of a new office in Frankfurt, the company are seeking German speaking candidates to be based in the London office. The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant: The successful candidates will join one of the company’s premier billing teams in their head offices in London’s’ financial sector. Specialising in placing senior candidates into senior technology positions, the role offers the opportunity to progress in a rapidly growing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a clear idea of the entire recruitment process as well as managing interviews for prospective candidates. Additionally, meeting with existing and new clients in order to better understand their needs. One on one training will be given from day one by a senior consultant enabling the candidate to learn from an experienced professional.
