Specialising in placing senior candidates into senior technology positions, the role offers the opportunity to progress in a rapidly growing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a clear idea of the entire recruitment process as well as managing interviews for prospective candidates. Additionally, meeting with existing and new clients in order to better understand their needs. One on one training will be given from day one by a senior consultant enabling the candidate to learn from an experienced professional. In addition to a highly competitive basic salary and commission structure regular incentives are also on offer including lunch clubs, company smartphone, discounted gym memberships and team holidays. The Applicant: Candidates should be educated to the degree level and some B2B sales experience is ideal however not essential. Additionally, a professional attitude and the ability to demonstrate the motivation and drive to succeed. The company are looking for a number of successful applicants to start immediately. Successful applicants after the CV vetting stage will receive an unscheduled call from relevant account managers and consultants.
