The Role: You’ll join the team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and begin your 3 week intensive training academy which consists of the director’s hand made by the founder and director who has turned over profit of 302% since establishing 3 years ago. Showing how successful the profitability there is with the right guidance within this market. Training academy consists of one two one cold call training, headhunting session showing how to scout the ideal candidate for the role. Learning day by day to manage your client portfolios to ensure candidates are set up for the strongest interviews possible leading to the highest success rate which therefore pushes you towards your target & reaching the next commission banding. LinkedIn and other employment platforms are key to finding your candidates. Training on how to promote job adverts, promote yourself & your company is continuously installed on a daily basis. As placements are based internationally these platforms are key to building International relationships with clients & candidates.
