Sourcing candidates through a variety of platforms & methods Creating shortlists for strongest candidates by reviewing CV’s obtained for job roles Continuous Cold calling, networking and marketing technique improvement to increase your individual network and clientele. Organising screening process (telephone calls, video interviews and face to face interviews Developing your candidate’s interview process to a confident and successful level Giving feedback on interview performance and process along with offering market / recruitment advice to both candidates and clients Working together towards and exceeding targets related to numerous parts of the job The Benefits? £20-24k DOE Uncapped commission scheme- £35k - 40k , Second Year £60k , Third Year £85K Training development sessions to ensure best technique with all aspects within Fast Track Management Scheme (company thriving under internal promotion) Lunch club to London’s top bars and restaurants with the team Amazing opportunities - Trip to Ibiza, Day at Ascot, London’s Top Brunch Clubs The Requirements? 2:2 Degree or above / Sales experience Proactive Working Experience Money motivated Ability to show resilience Competitive by Nature So you think you’re up for the challenge?
