Overview
Partnered with a national business who are looking to appoint a Senior Group Risk and Healthcare/Group Risk or Healthcare Consultant to their London office to support ongoing growth and continued development of their health management proposition. As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to manage and grow a portfolio of mid-large corporate client relationships in addition to supporting less experienced members of the team where needed. Ideally you will have both group risk and healthcare knowledge, but would also consider someone who is a specialist in either group risk or healthcare and willing to gain experience in the other specialism. The role Retain and develop a portfolio of mid-large corporate clients Support management with new business pitches Consult with the client to understand their needs and objectives Build relationships with key decision makers Year-round management of clients benefits strategy Manage Insurer meetings with clients Design and brokerage of the benefits package in addition to implementation Identify cross selling opportunities from group risk and healthcare portfolio Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Support clients with the implementation of schemes and ongoing management Hold review meetings with clients Attend industry networking events Keep up to date with industry knowledge Provide support to leadership team in regards to the benefits proposition Achieve revenue targets set by Manager Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
