The Role: You’ll join the team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This consists of a training and development programme to learn the job. Learning day by day to manage your client portfolios to ensure candidates are set up for the strongest interviews possible leading to a higher success rate generating more income towards your target to generate as much income for yourself as possible.
