Senior Finance Analyst
Overview
Senior Finance Analyst The role is one of three Central Senior Finance Analysts. The consolidation of the overall position, balance sheet reconciliation and intercompany accounting is rotated between the team for maximum breadth of role For areas the role directly business partners (Corporate teams): Extensive liaison, coaching and challenge to individual cost centre owners to ensure they are managing their cost lines effectively Production of detailed cost centre reports to enable tight management of cost lines Production and presentation of executive summaries to the relevant Board Directors and senior manager groups (including Finance Leadership Team) to enable them to manage their cost areas Preparation of detailed level annual budget, forecast, flash and latest view which are at a realistic but challenging level Financial support for ad hoc projects For the areas the role rotates: Extensive liaison with divisional financing support teams in order to understand and challenge on central costs and share best practice Periodic reporting on total Central cost performance by consolidating divisional financial performance and monitoring headcount levels Production of overall Central costs budget, forecast, Flash and Latest View Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Manage Intercompany accounting process Intelligent Resource is committed to barrier-free and inclusive recruitment.
