Accounts Payable Manager- up to 40k based in Baker street Your new company Our client is a growing real estate business based in the heart of London, they are a growing business. The company have summer parties and amazing high tech offices. Your new role Supervision of two accounts assistant in charge of Purchase ledger, data base management and cash book management Processing of purchase invoices, posting manual payments to accounting system (BlueBox/ TRAMPS), reconciling supplier statements to BlueBox/ TRAMPS Ensuring invoices/ expenses are correctly coded and authorised and assisting with the preparation of BACs runs on a weekly basis Review of purchase ledger to ensure cash allocations are correct and help resolve any queries Handling supplier queries and liaising with building assets managers to ensure invoices queries are resolved What you'll need to succeed Have previously worked within the property sector and ideally used BlueBox or TRAMPS. The successful candidate will have managed a team within the finance department.
