Overview
My client, based in Stonehouse, is a leading manufacturer within their field and is looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent or permanent basis. You will be responsible for dealing with customer complaints received by both telephone and email in a very busy Customer Service Department. This will involve liaising with other departments to put in place resolutions to ensure the customer’s needs are met. The Customer Service Department is in the ‘front line’ providing a service and so you are expected to use your initiative to satisfy the requirements of customers whilst balancing with the needs of the Business, ensuring you always represent the company in a professional manner. Responsibilities Taking responsibility for incoming calls to the Customer Service Department Dealing with enquiries received via email Seeking and obtaining answers to customers’ questions Talking to other departments to obtain necessary answers to any questions Resolving customers’ problems quickly and efficiently Organising replacement parts Requesting the return of incorrect products Arranging site visits for the Technical Services department Raising credit requests Keeping customers updated on the action taken for their complaints and informing them when the problem/complaint has been resolved Ensuring all complaints are logged to the required standard Produced a daily report that measures the nature and level of Customer Complaints Arranging site visits for remedial work Arranging any small items required to be sent on a daily basis Including picking and packing the items and dispatching them Key Skills Highly organised with a systematic approach Ability to learn and communicate technical information to customers Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Ability to work to deadlines Problem solving skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Hours of work Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Rate of Pay £8.72 per hour Holiday Pay My client is looking for someone to start ASAP, so if you are interested please contact the office today on , or alternatively, please send an up to date, Word Document copy of your CV to .
