Overview
Investigo Finance are recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant based in Milton Keynes, for an industry leading Technology client on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. In the position of Assistant Management Accountant you will undertake the following duties, reporting into the Finance Business Partnering team; Month end reporting and supporting budget holders, with a full understanding of variances and any risk. Supporting reviews and analysis, by providing accurate data and challenging, where appropriate. Supporting the annual and quarterly budgeting process and audit requests. Ensuring good financial governance is adhered to, supporting any process improvement and identifying opportunities for improvements and savings. Working closely with the client Finance Team, to review monthly and quarterly reports, budgets and any ad-hoc requests. Working with other stakeholders including Commercial, Portfolio, Live Services, the Change Team. Supporting the Financial Controller and the rest of the team, with ad-hoc tasks as required. Working within the clients' Enterprise Resource Planning tool, including the upload of forecasts / budgets. Supplier costings Managing Financial KPIs for the team. What we're looking for Recently / part qualified accountant. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-function team and at various seniority levels in the organisation. Ability to manage deadlines / workloads, working to tight timescales. High attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Contract Duration and Salary This position is a 6 month Fixed-Term Contract, salary up to £35,000 with excellent benefits for the successful candidate.
