Title Mobile Plumber/ Mechanical Engineer Salary £34,000 Per Annum Hours Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 Contract type Permanent Job type Full time Location North London My client is looking for an experienced Plumber/ Mechanical engineer to provide an exceptionally high standard of building services across 3 sites in North London. You will have strong mechanical experience within the building services industry. Responsibilities: · Deliver PPM relating primarily to Mechanical Building Services Plant and System’s in-line with agreed programmes / SLA's. · Costing and completing Reactive Works identified through PPM work undertaken when requested. · Conduct preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis and manage the corrective action and reports or quotes required. · Support and facilitate technical subcontractors/vendors during planned or reactive service visits and minor works while ensuring they conform to the site procedures and agreed method statements. · To monitor and perform routine tests of the temperatures, humidity and space conditions and ensure they are maintained and recorded in accordance with the business requirements of the infrastructure. · To maintain premises to an exceptionally high standard · Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work. · Completing all required documentation, job sheets and certificates. Requirements: · NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing studies or equivalent · Skilled in Mechanical disciplines carrying out PPM's in line with advanced fault finding diagnostic experience · Experience working within commercial environments · Capable of undertaking Reactive Repairs with minimal supervision. · Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS etc (Desirable) If you require any further information on the role please contact Joe InVictus on 0207397 5303 This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89848264
